@Jakzerstoren i can see why you would say that. most americans eat 1-3 large meals a day but most americans are also overwieght. and if you go to a public place and look around you will probably see alot of overwieght ppl. if you go to an actual dietician theyre gonna say the same thing sallowskies said. @Jakzerstoren Actually, in order to keep your metabolism up (a major factor in losing weight/becoming healthier), you are supposed to eat more frequently (5-6 times a day), just in smaller portions. So reducing your meals and not eating as much is going to slow your metabolism, which is not helpful at all.	SallowedSkies
